Chinese cook book?

For me All Under Heaven. I bought it on a whim and handed it to my Chinese girlfriend. I had her choose as many recipes as she wanted that she was familiar with from her childhood and visits to China and I cooked them to test for authenticity. She said they were dead on.

I got "Essential Wok Cookbook" from a friend because I've always been complaining that I want to make Dim Sum myself at home but never had good recipe. There are many restaurant dishes included if you have got enough time. The author is Naomi Imatome.

Do any of those suggestions have an ebook copy? I've always adored Chinese cuisine and would like to learn more about it and how to make the dishes.

Well, i simply love the Chinese dishes and am always am in search of good recipes. I would say that apart from being traditional the Chinese dishes are healthy and also very tasty as they make use of lots of fresh vegetables and ingredients. I would say that the Chinese street food is amongst the best in the World.i would recommend the book on Chinese street food which has been written by Lisa Tse.
