Do you like to Re-read books?

Yes. Because I'm so scatter-brained that after a while I'll literally lose track of a book I've read in the past, as if my brain at first has all these interconnects related to a read, but then over time these connections get orphaned and only get re-established if I re-read the book.

I re-read books all of the time (e.g. LOTR, HP, Narnia & other favorite authors). It's really amazing how many new things you can discover that you may have missed the first time you read it or see a new perspective of an idea you hadn't recognized the first go around.

Oh yes! I read the Lord of the Rings trilogy once a year, and my favorite Sherlock Holmes stories. There are other titles that I just go back to re-read them because they are so brilliant.

Well, i do have the habit of Re-reading some of the books that i have previously read. However, these days, most of the book that i read are not worth a re-read.I prefer to read some of my most favorite books that i have read in the past. You never feel bored after reading these books. Usually these Books have some very inspiring stories or quotes that you always feel like reading again.

Actually, no, haha, but I know that in order to better understand any piece of work (books, movies, etc.) you'll have to go through it several times. I re-read books that I really enjoyed and left a mark on me so I can connect deeper with them.

Yes I like re reading some of the books that I have read before especially those that are my favorite and really makes my interest since I am reading it very often as I am enjoying it very much. Sometimes if I already forgot the content of a particular I just re read it so that it will brings back the lost memories and knowledge that I get before which is really great to have.

I only re-read books if I have not understood fully the message of the author. There are also times that I read those words or lines again to let it sink in to my mind and heart.

I don't like to re-read books. If I have read the book once, I will no longer read it again. Its because I want to read other books.

I read books because I also want to be surprised. Usually, I don't re-read the whole book. I may read some parts, but not the whole.

Just like re-watching movies, re-reading a book can help you have more insights and a better understanding of the content. Of course this only works if the book you are reading is not boring. Also re-reading the book can give you information that you missed during your first read and help you better understand why things are done that way.
