I read articles before going to sleep. I try to stay away from books before bed because this will only stop me from getting my much needed sleep and it will cause my husband to force me to sleep. LOL! It's all good though I know he just wants me well rested.

I still read books before going to sleep. It's a great way to have your mind slowly shut down and forget about the events that happened during the day. Somehow, I haven't experienced any sleep problems caused by reading books before going to sleep.

I regularly read books before going to sleep and it is often a problem for me because it so happens that I just can't put it down. I limit myself the time, go to bed early, but when the time I set for going to sleep arrives I just can't stop. It's always a few more lines, or just to see what happens next and I end up far past my bed time. But it's worth it, I sleep like a baby.

Well usually i read books whenever i get time these days due to my busy work schedule. Mostly i am able to read books when i am travelling. However,my most favorite time to read books is undoubtedly at night before going to sleep. There is complete silence at the night time and you are able to enjoy thoroughly the experience of reading at this time.
