The best diet book?

For me, I would recommend Keto Clarity. If you've tried and struggled with cutting calories and getting healthy, you're probably eating wrong and misunderstanding the problem.

"Weight watchers" book is very good. The title is "Weight Watchers, The Ultimate Starter's Guide to Losing Weight Rapidly the Smart Way" and the author is Oliver Sweet. It follows the concept of Weight Watchers' points counting, and it's a good idea for people who like diets based on counting calories. The book also includes recipes for beginners and some helpful advice. You should definitely check it out if you're trying to loose weight.
